The lazy August turned out to be a busy one for us for the past few years, as it marks the formation of five long lasting partnerships. During the month we’ve celebrated the 6th anniversary of the Landmark team, the 4th of DSP team, the 3rd of Forward2Me and Fresh Range teams and the 2nd of the MIG Global team.

We are thrilled to introduce our new partner AppTier – a focused solution and services provider for Enterprise Content Management. They are expanding their capability and expertise in Bulgaria with the support of Questers and we would like to say a warm “welcome” to their team members.

Learning by doing is a great opportunity for young people to develop useful set of skills for their future professional development. In July we were very excited to welcome 5 extremely talented students from TUES to a 2-week summer practice at Ocado Technology team

On September 13th we’ve organised an insightful Tech MeetUp dedicated to one of the most trending technology topics at the moment – Machine Learning.

In order to beat the heat in the middle of the hot July, we organised a Java Beer evening at our awesome qBalkon. After the great Java Beer evening in July, we felt a bit guilty for ignoring all other technologies. In order to make things right, we organised a qBeer party for a belated celebration of the International Programmer’s day.

In the middle of the summer we dedicated one of our Thirsty Thursdays to the Scuba Diving and welcomed Vesselin Kirilov – a certified instructor, who told us more about this fascinating sport, training, certification and close-by diving spots.

On August 31st we welcomed experts from Drag Zone who shared some tips about fixing and maintaining bikes. After the interesting presentation, they helped us perform a technical check-up of our bikes in order to ensure a smooth ride through the city.

On July 28th we celebrated the International SysAdmin day with a refreshing Mojito Party and a special cocktail class where a professional bartender showed us how to mix the best Mojitos.

After the great success of the first edition of our joint initiative with Begach Running Club, we are happy to announce The Big Tech Run 2017! With the second edition of the marathon, the number of initiatives it supports is going bigger and the funds raised from this year’s race will help not one but two education-related causes of Teach for Bulgaria and Education without Backpacks, both aiming at creating equal educational opportunities for every child in the country.
