THE ROLE:
- We are looking for an organized, efficient Business support specialist, who will become part of a leading global consumer electronics company and will be responsible for administrative duties and assisting the sales teams in gaining and keeping customers. To be a successful Business support specialist you should have good time management and organizational skills, attention to detail, keenness to grow and be able to get things right the first time. You should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Reporting to the Head of the Cluster, this person will be responsible for supporting Regional Field Sales teams in the sub-clusters as a backend support function with the day to day offers creations & submissions, Maintaining pipeline hygiene, NPI (New Product Introduction) & demanding planning, Deal Registration review and updating, Internal Quarterly Target setting & SFDC (SalesForce.com) validation, T2 PoS (Proof of Sales), support channel partner onboarding and other miscellaneous operational matters relating to the excellent and smooth running of administrative tasks as described below.

In this role you will:
Support Regional Sales Teams with the following:
- OCRM (Oracle Channel Revenue Management) offers creations & submissions
- Maintaining Pipeline hygiene
- NPI (New Product Introduction) & Demanding planning
- Deal Regs review and updating
- Internal Q Target setting & SFDC validation
- T2 PoS (Proof of Sales)
- Support channel partner onboarding
- Other reporting and miscellaneous tasks
- Coordinate with Sales teams on offers to be extended to customers and create and/or adjust offers in Oracle OCRM accordingly
- Reconcile and adjust offers to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Work with stakeholders to ensure offer setup, timing, reconciliations, accuracy, and completeness meet stakeholder needs
- Own the offer creation process; work to improve efficiency of both offer communication and creation
- Own compliance and controls of the offers processes; including assistance of audits and global harmonization
- Assist in offers reporting, analysis and spend forecasting against operational metrics for the sales organization
- Conduct training to sales and marketing teams on offers-related procedures and compliance requirements
- Support quarter-end reporting and close processes
- Support and develop offers reporting to drive operational efficiencies and process improvements
- Monitor channel marketing material – collect and download online catalogues and advertisements to stay abreast of the latest Product and solution updates in the business.
OUR IDEAL TEAMMATE HAS/IS:
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role and preferably in a multinational company
- Advanced skills in MS Office, especially hands-on experience working on MS Excel
- Very good communication skills, capable to adapt communication style to the audience
- Well organized and structured
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Able to handle ambiguity
- Proactive, reliable and trustworthy
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite with focus on Photoshop is a plus
- Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
