THE ROLE:
- We are looking for an organized, efficient Business support specialist to be responsible for administrative duties and assisting the sales teams in gaining and keeping customers. To be a successful B2B Operation Specialist you should have good time management and organizational skills, attention to detail, keenness to grow and be able to get things right the first time. You should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Reporting to the Europe B2B GTM Program & Ops Manager, the role involves providing backend support to the Regional Field Sales teams in the sub-clusters. This includes managing day-to-day offer creation and submissions, maintaining Offer Pipeline hygiene, coordinating New Product Introductions (NPI) and demand planning, reviewing and updating Deal Regs, managing T2 PoS (Proof of Sales), and handling various other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of operations.

Supporting Regional Sales Teams with:
Promo Offers:
- Coordinate with Sales teams on offers to be extended to customers and create and/or adjust offers in Oracle OCRM accordingly. Create OCRM (Oracle Channel Revenue Management) offers creations & submissions
- Develop recommendation on how to improve our B2B promo process
- Maintain price list (renewals, global pricing, etc) in pricing (PromoGPT) template as provided by finance
- Coordination between OCRM team with B2B sales and Channel to build an optimized process for activities each quarter
- Follow up with Key Account Managers, Direct Engage Sales and is accountable for servicing the right execution and payment of the activities
- Reconcile and adjust offers to ensure accuracy and completeness. Own the offer creation process; work to improve efficiency of both offer communication and creation
- Own compliance and controls of the offers processes; including assistance of audits and global harmonization
- Conduct training to sales and marketing teams on offers-related procedures and compliance requirements
Deal Reg & Pipeline:
- Maintaining Pipeline hygiene related to promos in SFDC
- Internal Q Target setting & SFDC validation
- Work with stakeholders to ensure offer setup, timing, reconciliations, accuracy, and completeness meet stakeholder needs
- NPI (New Product Introduction) & Demanding planning. Deal Regs review and updating
- T1/T2 PoS (Proof of Sales) collection to be linked to T3
- Other reporting and miscellaneous tasks. Assist in offers reporting, analysis and spend forecasting against operational metrics for the sales organization
- Support quarter-end reporting and close processes. Support and develop offers reporting to drive operational efficiencies and process improvements
- Manual PLA tasks: Quarterly creation / adjustment of the manual PLA (price lists for T2s) file for T1 Partners. Adjustments on the Offer Code. Change of the Fiscal Quarter Date. Adjustments based on changes in Pricing, onboarding, deboarding of T2 Customers
Biddesk:
- Bid Desk Scope - Manage incoming deals from SME channel. Agree price levels with pricing manager and manage deal with country sales people
- Biddesk Maintain Documentation - update on Quarterly Pricing Matrix, keep log of changes, track budget use
- Track daily Biddesk requests in shared inbox and bulk load the accepted bids in OCRM using a template
- Escalate any ad hoc issues with the daily Bids - exceptional Bid requests, flagging budgets needs, etc. (depending on the scope of the Program the template run time might vary between 0.5 – 2 hours on daily basis
OUR IDEAL TEAMMATE HAS/IS:
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role and preferably in a multinational Company
- Advanced skills in MS Office, especially hands-on experience working on MS Excel. Experience on SAP/OCRM and SalesForce would be advantageous
- Experience in analytical solutions (Tableau or Power BI would be a plus)
- Very good communication skills, capable to adapt communication style to the audience
- Well organized and structured. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Able to handle ambiguity. Proactive, reliable and trustworthy
- Fluent in English, intermediate level of any other language is a strong plus (French, German, Spanish)
