Billing Analyst

SKILL SET

  • Previous relevant experience in accounting, specifically invoicing and billing activities
  • Undergraduate degree in relevant field, preferably in account or finance
  • Good Excel skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external parties
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Ability to work in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Flexible and self-motivated, team player

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Issue and distribute invoices on time
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
  • Compliance control on contracts using internal standards and processes, as well as validating contracts into the order book
  • Monitoring account receivables and collections; contacting clients and collecting outstanding payment; escalating when required
  • Customer account reconciliation
  • Using SpotMe Billing and CRM system
  • Assisting on weekly cash forecasting and supporting monthly financial closing process.
