THE ROLE:
TDV Capital Partners buys and operates digital media and technology businesses. We’ve started and run a business. We know how to hire, build, and sell. We roll up our sleeves and get to work. We are looking for a candidate to join our finance and analytics team. This role will support key stakeholders including portfolio company and investment leadership by developing and maintaining planning tools, dashboards, and other custom analyses.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO SOMETHING BIG:
Essential Functions:
- Learn and deeply understand business dynamics for multiple business lines
- Perform ad-hoc and ongoing analysis linking financial and non-financial metrics to support management decision-making (e.g. understand sales team performance, usage behavior, etc.)
- Develop, manage, and update financial models & dashboards in Excel
- Work directly with management to make forecasts and communicate the financial impact of decisions
- Perform variance analysis to interpret performance relative to forecasts
- Identify, develop, and understand KPIs

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field or a bachelor’s degree in another field with demonstrated experience in a finance or business analytics role
- Excellent understanding of Excel
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience with accounting fundamentals either through coursework or a prior role
- Organized and able to independently manage workload
- Fluent English
- Business acumen
