Client Support Specialist with English

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO SOMETHING BIG:

  • Manage customer and client communication channels
  • Maintaining statistics for client services
  • Working as part of a team to ensure customer/clients SLA’s are met
  • Administration daily tasks
  • Pro-active in identifying new, or improvements to processes and procedures within client services

OUR IDEAL TEAMMATE HAS EXPERIENCE WITH/KNOWLEDGE IN:

  • Outstanding communication skills in English
  • Fluent oral and written English language skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Ability to work Mon-Fri from 11:00 – 20:00
  • Ethics, team work and positive attitude
  • Previous experience in customer care services will be a plus
  • Multilingual applicants desired but not essential
