THE ROLE:
Your team will be working on a permanent long-term project for a Data Storage Solutions client. The team will support and develop two main products: a Linux-based virtual storage appliance and a data pipeline solution that offers organizations the capability to consume any data from any location and transfer the data between the edge and the cloud.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO SOMETHING BIG:
- Support Company Product Catalog
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, VMWare)
- Well written and capable of creating blogs and technical documentation working with the Company Technical Writing team
- Working, with Support Team, and directly with the customers, act as the bridge between the Software Engineering department and Support Team, provide analysis and possible work-arounds to Support team and Customers while engaging with engineering to do additional analysis and effect software patches and software defect fix
OUR IDEAL TEAMMATE HAS/IS:
- Familiarity with Enterprise Storage Deployments: NFS, CIFS, ISCSI, ZFS, Active Directory
- Linux Systems Administration (RedHat/CentOS, Ubuntu)
- Windows Administration a plus (AD, GPOs)
- High Performance Data Storage (HPC)
- HA Systems (High availability systems)
- Cloud
- AWS, Azure, VMWare
- Performance tuning optimization

- Customer Service Background is a plus
