Commercial Finance Analyst

THE ROLE:

The purpose of this role is to support the GCO Sales & Marketing Finance & Operations team of a leading international consumer electronics company on the critical topic of B2B operations & analytics

The main interactions are expected to be with the Global Sales Finance & Operations team as well as with the Global & Regional B2B Sales & Business Ops teams. Direct connections with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and BFMs (Business Finance Managers) might also be required

Working under the guidance of a senior member of the GCO Finance & Operations team, your contribution will be primarily focused on:

  • The creation of standard reports in Salesforce.com, for the Global and Regional teams to use
  • The analysis of B2B deals across all geographies, using Salesforce.com
  • Pipeline evolution, win/lose rates, run-rate vs. big deals, etc.
  • Category-specific analyses
  • Region and/or country-specific analyses, etc.
  • Providing support on any ad-hoc analysis need
  • Working hand-in-hand with the business operations team, supporting the Sales team to ensure proper adoption & usage of Salesforce.com as a key tool for B2B.

  • Partner with global and regional teams to ensure B2B business opportunities are properly captured in our Salesforce.com system and analyzed thoroughly.
  • Contribute to running harmonized business operations across the entire GCO
  • Contribute to maintaining a solid foundation of sales operations compliance

OUR IDEAL TEAMMATE HAS/IS:

  • Finance or Operations experience of 4-6 years, ideally in an international environment like FMCG, Consumer Electronics or PC industry
  • Expert MS Excel and/or Gsheet user
  • Knowledge in Salesforce.com
  • University Degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Self-motivated and agile in embracing fast changing business context
  • At ease in communication with colleagues and business partners
