Customer Experience Specialist



  • Previous experience in working with customers (internships or full-time jobs in data and project management – financial or hospitality setting is preferred)
  • Excellent MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills
  • Proficient English language. A second language (preferably German or French) would be an advantage
  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • Exposure to CMS tools and Adobe Creative Cloud is a strong plus
  • Experience in Event Management brings bonus points


  • Working on a day-to-day basis with SpotMe’s client base, gaining a full understanding of their company environment and objectives
  • Effectively utilizing SpotMe’s CMS on a daily basis to deliver results-driven projects to clients and key stakeholders
  • Knowing SpotMe’s platform inside out and consulting customers on how to successfully leverage its capabilities to reach their goals, recommending relevant functionalities, systems configurations and best practice
  • Guiding clients in their onboarding experience, training them during interactive webinar sessions and assisting them for the implementation of their first project
  • Collaborating with SpotMe’sinternal teams to capture customers’ requirements and expectations
  • Collecting customer experience feedback to drive new improvements to systems and processes
  • Learning, defining, and sharing best practices while supporting our customers – working as a strategic partner
