Finance Sales Operations Manager



The purpose of this full-time job is to support the GCO and GVCC Sales & Marketing Operations team on the critical topic of Sales Compensation & Commissions.

Working under the guidance of a senior member of the GCO Finance & Operations team, your contribution will primarily cover the:

  • Coordination and follow-up on all Commission related tasks and deadlines
  • Help achieving Global harmonization of Sales Compensation models & schemes
  • Assist in the design and implementation of a Global Sales Compensation system, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Meet with different stakeholders to clarify specific requirements of each process
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
  • Ensure strict adherence to the Global Compensation Policy, the defined framework of the Global Sales Compensation system and to the SOX controls
  • Development of enhanced analytics around Performance / Payout
  • The main interactions are expected to be with the Global Sales Operations team, with the local Sales Operations, Business Finance Managers, Payroll Team and IT. Direct connections with the Key Account Managers (KAMs) and/or Country Managers might also be required

  • Partner with global and local teams to ensure solid commission plans are in place to drive profitable business growth
  • Run a harmonized sales compensation process across several Regions
  • Contribute to maintaining a solid foundation of business operations compliance


  • Finance or Operations experience of 7-9 years, ideally in an international environment like FMCG, Consumer Electronics or PC industry
  • Experience in aligning processes over different geographies
  • Expert MS Excel and/or Gsheet user
  • Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Self-motivated and agile in embracing fast changing business context
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with colleagues and business partners
  • Project management knowledge will be considered an advantage
  • University Degree in relevant field
  • Fluent in English
