Finance Specialist



  • 1 to 2 years of professional experience in Finance or Accounting;
  • High-school diploma. Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree is a plus;
  • Very good MS Office skills;
  • Excellent command of the English language – both written and spoken, French is a plus;
  • Autonomous and problem solver
  • Very good negotiation skills


  • Overall responsibility for the Order to Cash process for our EMEA and APAC regions;
  • Capturing the order forms, statements of work and contracts into our order book;
  • Issuing and posting sales and expense invoices with our cloud-based accounting software (Xero) following our internal or client procedures, tracking invoices in our customer relationship system (Salesforce);
  • Monitoring account receivables and collections; contacting clients and collecting outstanding payments; escalating when required;
  • Issuing management reports
