SKILL SET

  • Working knowledge in MS Office Skills, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience working in a big international company is a great plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the “Face of Questers”: welcome clients, employees, candidates, contractors, guests and visitors and direct them appropriately
  • Be the primary point of contact for employees, provide advice and guidance for HR, office and business trip related information and direct to the appropriate function when needed
  • Be involved in a variety of HR activities such as vacation and social benefits management, etc.
  • Coordinate received queries with the respective business departments and functions
  • Handles all incoming and outgoing correspondence/calls and deliveries
  • Act as coordination point and support for the excellent office environment for a modern IT company– with regard its soundness, safety and security
  • Make purchases and ensure delivery of all necessary for the normal working process consumables
  • Organize all aspects of employees’ business trips and clients’ visits
