PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
In this role, you will be part of an HR & Performance team that consists of experienced Business Partners and HR Administrators. Your main focus will be the development and implementation of a strategy for Human Resources management according to the business goals of the company and its clients. Your job will be diverse and allow for innovation. You will manage the employment life-cycle following our company standards, our clients' requirements, and the local regulations. You will be the point of contact for existing and future accounts/company clients and manage the delivery of high-quality services.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO SOMETHING BIG:
- On-boarding of new company clients aiming at establishing stable contact with line managers, business leaders and other stakeholders
- Day-to-day client communication related to service agreement terms, salaries, promotions, various HR cases, annual reviews, training needs, etc. ensuring an exceptional level of service and smooth operations
- Handle the process of performance reviews of the employees in the company
- Develop and implement internal rules and procedures in line with national legislation and according to the established HR strategy
- Solve issues in the human resources field with individuals and with teams
- Provide advice and guidance to staff and clients on issues related to employee relations, procedures and processes, internal HR web portal, and other advice and information when required
- Organize internal social and well-being events in line with the HR strategy
- Work towards the improvement of the internal communication channels
- Guide the HR admin team in their day-to-day operations
- Keep up to date with changes in employment law, equal opportunities, and other associated legislation and apply to HR advice, practice, and policy
OUR IDEAL TEAMMATE HAS/IS:
- Experienced professional in the HR field (4+ years)
- Experience with client and employee management
- Ability to influence others, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships, build trust and sustain good relationships
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Good knowledge of MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English language skills both written and spoken
- Local legislation knowledge
- Knowledge in the IT field is considered an advantage
