Integration Support Engineer

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO SOMETHING BIG:

  • You will be the technical relationship with our customers during their onboarding and integration process
  • You will serve as a product expert around product questions, technical integrations and general industry knowledge with  customers
  • You will gain and use in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to customers
  • You will partner closely with the customer during the onboarding process, explaining technical concepts and help ensure the customer is set up for success
  • You will interact with the technical team of the customer in order to clarify details for the integration and support them in their efforts
  • You will provide initial technical support for existing integrations
  • You will communicate internally with our engineering team to define and find solutions to customer requirements and issues

OUR IDEAL TEAMMATE HAS/IS:

  • Some software engineering experience or at least software engineering education
  • Experience in a client-facing role / B2B support / pre-sales / communication with customers
  • General experience of using web applications and familiar with how they are delivered
  • Broad understanding of web & mobile technologies
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in consulting, product, or client-facing roles at a SaaS organization
  • Previous experience in a software engineering role or similar hands-on technical role
  • Familiarity with web authentication technologies
