YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO SOMETHING BIG:
- You will be the technical relationship with our customers during their onboarding and integration process
- You will serve as a product expert around product questions, technical integrations and general industry knowledge with customers
- You will gain and use in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to customers
- You will partner closely with the customer during the onboarding process, explaining technical concepts and help ensure the customer is set up for success
- You will interact with the technical team of the customer in order to clarify details for the integration and support them in their efforts
- You will provide initial technical support for existing integrations
- You will communicate internally with our engineering team to define and find solutions to customer requirements and issues
OUR IDEAL TEAMMATE HAS/IS:
- Some software engineering experience or at least software engineering education
- Experience in a client-facing role / B2B support / pre-sales / communication with customers
- General experience of using web applications and familiar with how they are delivered
- Broad understanding of web & mobile technologies
- Strong communication skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Fluent English
- Experience in consulting, product, or client-facing roles at a SaaS organization
- Previous experience in a software engineering role or similar hands-on technical role
- Familiarity with web authentication technologies
