Senior eCommerce Operations Specialist

OUR IDEAL TEAMMATE HAS

  • Relevant previous working experience in eCommerce operations across commercial & operational aspects  (online marketplace or brand operating a website eCommerce business)  
  • Previous experience in managing complex supply chain related operations / projects a plus.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding with experience in P&L management
  • Strong analytical skills / mindset with advanced knowledge of Excel for reporting
  • Excellent time management skills with independence and flexibility in dealing with multiple projects
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills. A true team player. Comfort and ease in working in a multi-functional global organization with many stakeholders; Fluent English. Other major European languages would be a plus
  • Ability and confidence to respectfully challenge and make recommendations
  • Great attention to detail, whilst being able to look at the big picture
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and eCommerce platforms
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Travel: The role will require occasional travel to the HQ in Lausanne, Switzerland.

YOUR CONTRIBUITION TO SOMETHING BIG

Lead & optimize operational tasks within end-to-end eCommerce process & maintain up-to-date catalog

  • Lead projects related to end-to-end eCommerce process & operations optimization, proactively identify challenges, improve collaboration with global teams
  • Ensure accurate availability on the website, build sales forecasts and support inventory planning
  • Streamline and support automation of processes linked to catalog, inventory management and forecasting
  • Manage the online product catalogue incl. day-to-day fixes, new product setup and activation, support expansion to new countries

Analyze eCommerce financials and operational data turning insights into action

  • Build a reporting framework for end-to-end eCommerce process across sales, marketing, supply service level & customer experience driven metrics.
  • Manage, analyse and track eCommerce P&L identifying opportunities for profitability improvement
  • Build on-demand sales, traffic, forecasting, inventory & forecasting reports based on seasonal, eCommerce and regional needs deriving insights for the business
  • Present results in quarterly reviews with category / product group leadership

Build & support activation promo & marketing plans on the website

  • Provide insights and recommendations on best practices and marketing plans
  • Coordinate requests on offer activations, gain appropriate approvals and activate directly in the system

Support the development of online marketplace strategy

  • Build reporting and market landscape assessments across assigned area for online marketplace sales
  • Support activation of online marketplace accounts in collaboration with external partners
  • Support & Analyse marketplace operational models and derive insights to build recommendations
  • Support brand protection activities on online marketplaces in collaboration with external agencies

Collaborate closely with multi-functional teams within Logitech across EMEA, APAC & US

  • Collaborate & work closely together with another eCommerce Operations specialist based in Sofia
