EXPERIENCE REQUIRED WITH A MIXTURE OF

  • Extensive ServiceNow ITSM implementation, administration, and development experience
  • Experience with Incident, Problem, Request, Change Management, CMDB, and Asset Management modules
  • Hands-on experience with Glide, Jelly, AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and AJAX
  • Hands-on experience working with relational databases
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with third party applications
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • ServiceNow Certified ITSM Administrator
  • Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

  • Integrate ServiceNow with other leading technology platform, such as Slack
  • Participate in ServiceNow design and technology decisions
  • Work with team across all aspects of the firm to enhance business processes through automation
  • Introduce new ServiceNow workflows and integrations
