SKILL SET

  • Extensive ServiceNow ITSM implementation, administration, and development experience
  • Experience with Incident, Problem, Request, Change Management, CMDB, and Asset Management modules
  • Hands-on experience with Glide, Jelly, AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and AJAX
  • Hands-on experience working with relational databases
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with third party applications
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • ServiceNow Certified ITSM Administrator
  • Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow
  • Implement and enhance ServiceNow ISTM modules (Incident, Problem, Request, Change Management, CMDB and Asset Management)
  • Perform ServiceNow administration tasks
  • Perform integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (Slack, ScienceLogic)
  • Work closely with end users to gather and implement
  • ServiceNow custom workflows
  • Develop custom reports in ServiceNow
