Technical Consultant

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO SOMETHING BIG:

  • You will be the ongoing technical relationship with our customers
  • You will serve as a product expert and thought leader around product questions, technical integrations and general industry knowledge with client
  • Gain and use in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise both internally and with customers
  • You will partner closely with the customer during the onboarding process, explaining technical concepts and help ensure the customer is set up for success
  • Carry out delivery workshops including train-the-trainer sessions with clients
  • Provide product insights and ideas for enhancements to the product management team, based on client feedback

OUR IDEAL TEAMMATE HAS/IS:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in consulting, product, or client-facing roles at a SaaS organization
  • 2+ years of experience working in the B2B tech space in a technical delivery role or demonstrably relevant experience
  • Good general experience of using web applications and familiar with how they are delivered
  • Have a broad understanding of web technology such as: CMS, CDN, REST API, CDP, JS, HTML, JSON, React, GraphQL, Webhook
  • Able to describe complex implementation cases that use a combination of APIs and the Edge (CDN) delivery
  • A self-starter who enjoys everything working at a hyper-growth startup is going to throw at them

BROWNIE POINTS:

  • Previous experience in a software engineering role or similar hands on technical role
  • Experience working in SaaS, preferably in the subscription economy and/or MarTech
  • Second/third language would be advantageous but not mandatory
