CHARLIE FRATER

Charlie has been a frontend developer for almost 10 years, the last 3 of those has been at Ocado. He has got no formal training, with all his knowledge being self-taught or from talks. He has recently taken an interest in using React for scalable applications and the often overlooked developer experience (DX) - how easy is it for a developer to pick up an app and work on it, maintain it and extend it.
