Questers internal soft skills training program kept its focus on EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS. The training took place at our meet-up venue qClub on June 25th in partnership with IDEAs International and with guest trainer Marc de Turck, an experienced business coach. As usual, the session was open to everyone interested in learning more about the effective communications and willing to take part in the role-playing exercise in the second half of the training. The attendees enjoyed two and a half hours of fun and really interactive learning sessions. In June we have also repeated the Recruitment Training. We arranged it for team members which have recently been involved in the recruitment process and for those who have missed the previous sessions.
