2014 was outstanding for us because Questers has been awarded “Top ICT Employer“ 2014 in Bulgaria in the category Outsourcing Services on a ceremony held on October 15.
The survey which has been conducted for the third consecutive year is focused purely on IT companies with 50+ employees and is based on employee engagement and satisfaction measurements encompassing HR policies and practices, office environment and line management fairness.
