After the great success of the first edition of our joint initiative with Begach Running Club, we are happy to announce The Big Tech Run 2017! With the second edition of the marathon, the number of initiatives it supports is going bigger and the funds raised from this year’s race will help not one but two education-related causes of Teach for Bulgaria and Education without Backpacks, both aiming at creating equal educational opportunities for every child in the country.
The TechRun Championship is meant for professionals in the tech, science, media and finance industries in Bulgaria. It consists of 5 races happening through the year and The Big Tech Run is its Grand Finale. The race will take place on 10th December in Sofia Tech Park and the participants will be able to compete in either 5 or 10 km distance.
