Rails Girls Sofia is an initiative we are strongly supporting for the past 4 years. Through organising regular open workshops Rails Girls is aiming to open up technology for more girls and women and to inspire them to start a career in the IT sector. The 9th edition gathered 110 participants who supported by 60 volunteers had the opportunity to develop their first web application.
