THE ROLE:

• This role sits within the Tech teams. The drivers behind our platform are brilliant people working together to create, code, and build the next game changers.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO SOMETHING BIG:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions
• Build and enhance Salesforce applications, integrations, and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other cutting-edge technologies
• Delivering innovation through software to automate processes that enable Funding Circle to operate at scale
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions to meet business needs
• Document technical designs, processes, and workflows to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base
• Supporting our production systems

OUR IDEAL TEAMMATE HAS/IS:

• Proven previous hands-on experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations particularly with Sales and Service clouds demonstrated by Salesforce Developer Certifications – App Builder and Platform Developer 1
• Familiarity with Agile software delivery and the use of tools such as Jira, Github, and CI/CD
• Highly developed listening skills, excellent customer service skills, and strong professional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to coach and mentor more junior Engineers

BROWNIE POINTS:

• Experience working with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript, and Lightning Experience with 3rd party applications (Docusign/Conga) would be beneficial
