For Questers, 2023 was a year of growth and development. We were delighted to welcome 96 new colleagues with diverse backgrounds, which brings our headcount to 312. Together with them, we continue to build high-performing dedicated teams for our clients and partners.
The year began memorably for us! In mid-March, we received the prestigious award from the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum's (BBLF) Annual Responsible Business Awards and took second place among 12 entries in the "Best Social Policy by a Small or Medium-Sized Enterprise" category for our Giving Program.
A few months later, we took first place in the reputable "Employer of Choice Awards 2023" in the "Company Benefits - Employee Voting" category. Questers won the first place thanks to our amazing corporate culture, positive work environment and of course – our exceptional employee care and benefits.
No year is truly complete without celebrations and ours were spectacular! We celebrated our 16th anniversary with a special party to say "thank you for your efforts" for all the years we've had with our employees and clients.
In the fall, we announced the most significant change - Nortal acquired Questers from TPXimpact and the merger with Nortal’s daughter company - pwrteams. This strategic move will position us favourably and help us respond to the changing needs of the global tech collaboration sector.
Our ongoing engagement as a socially responsible company continued in 2023 and through the constant contribution of our team members, we were able to collect a total amount of 46 471 BGN and support 10 educational and social causes.
Sharing knowledge is part of our DNA. In 2023, we hosted 3 Tech Talks in Sofia and had 4 colleagues as speakers at 5 conferences, workshops, and seminars.
In addition, our passion for sports and healthy living also shined in 2023. 43 colleagues participated in 4 sports competitions including the Big Tech Run, Legion Run, Wizz Air Marathon, etc.
