Overview: Questers Giving Programme in 2023

2023 was a remarkable year for the Questers Giving Programme. Since its inception over 15 years ago, we've seen a positive change as a result of our efforts and this wouldn‘t be possible without the support of our employees.

Last year, we managed to expand the programme‘s scope by attracting new partners and engaging more colleagues through various activities. Also, we continued to work for a modernised schooling system in Bulgaria, while encouraging alternative educational projects. In addition, we couldn’t stay indifferent to many other great social and green initiatives.

We are very glad to share that in 2023 the total amount raised through the Questers Giving Programme was 46 471 BGN. Most of this amount - 33 760 BGN, was donated by our employees, doubled by Questers and then directed to various educational initiatives.

Also, through other campaigns, we collected and provided another 12 711 BGN to other social causes.

Take a look at some of the causes we supported in 2023:

  • Telerik School Academy - the largest free IT education initiative for children in Bulgaria. Last year, through a financial donation of 14 000 BGN we covered the educational activities of two academies for the 2023/2024 academic year in Montana and Sevlievo, which provided digital education to 37 children.
  • Teach for Bulgaria - an organization that works to provide equal access to quality education for every child in the country. In 2023, we donated 7 500 BGN, which will be used in support of their mission.
  • Education without Backpacks - a non-profit organization that assists the smart digitalization of the Bulgarian school education. To help them create more high-quality learning materials and digital tools for teachers and students in Bulgaria, we have donated 4 000 BGN.
  • The National Sciences Olympic Teams Association is another like-minded organisation that works to ensure proper training processes for bright students in the fields of Astronomy, Biology, Informatics, Mathematics, Linguistics, Chemistry and Physics. In 2023, we donated 4 000 BGN to the Association to support these young talents.
