Xempus, one of the most successful InsurTech companies in Europe, has just contracted Questers to lay down the foundation of their new development team in Sofia.
Xempus is a Munich-based InsureTech company that develops an innovative platform for digital retirement planning. It was founded back in 2007 and has been successfully growing ever since. In 2021, the company is expected to double its revenue. And now, with the aim to further increase the velocity of innovation for Its customers, Xempus is undertaking a strategic expansion of its software engineering division. Currently having 150 employees and 7 development teams in offices in Munich, Berlin and Saarbrücken, the company has decided to explore new locations and has selected the Bulgarian capital for its new development centre.
The collaboration with Questers comes as a result of Xempus’ need to rely on a local partner that has experience in building and managing remote dedicated teams. With its expertise, Questers would provide support in the sourcing and recruitment processes as well as people and facilities management.
The new Xempus team is planned to be an integral part of the company’s engineering division and to play a key role in the delivery of future innovations. The people in the new team would be able to experience an extraordinary company culture as the great team spirit, openness and diversity are strongly embedded into the Xempus' DNA.
