Questers received a prestigious award from the Annual Responsible Business Awards of the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum

The company was recognized among 12 candidates in the Best Social Policy by a Small or Medium-Sized Enterprise category for its Giving Programme

At an official ceremony held to present the Annual Responsible Business Awards of the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum (BBLF), Questers took second place and received recognition among a total of 12 entries in the "Best Social Policy by a Small or Medium-Sized Enterprise" category for its Giving Program. The contest is now in its 20th year, and the winners are selected through the independent judging by a highly authoritative jurors of experts from various professional areas.

Questers' award-winning Giving Program has been active all year-round for over 14 years. It is dedicated to the cause of modernizing the Bulgarian education and supporting alternative forms of education in Bulgaria. The company strives to assist young people to be better prepared for the labor market and their better integration into adulthood. The program's success is due to the high level of commitment of Questers' employees. They actively participate in various ways – through financial donations, volunteering and suggesting causes that need support.

The donated amount in 2022 from the Giving Programme was BGN 46,849. Of this - BGN 33,023 (half of which was provided by the employees and then doubled by Questers) was donated to various educational initiatives, and the remaining BGN 13,826 supported additional social causes and initiatives. Annually the company supports organizations such as “Teach for Bulgaria”, “Telerik Academy School”, “Vratsa Software”, “Rails Girls”, “S.K.O.R.E.C.” Club, etc. During the last year, with the development of the programme, the company supported additional green and social initiatives, such as “Time Heroes”, “Art Atelier Tvorilnitsa”, “Ole-Male”, “Animal Rescue”, etc.
