The company aims to break up the inherited structure of today’s job markets and expand the idea of on-demand employment. Nurselo will give nurses a new way to manage their work life balance by providing the flexibility to fit their work schedule with the demands of their personal life. Nurselo’s smart matching platform will match nurses schedules with the dynamic staffing needs of hospitals.
The new development department of Nurselo bears an important responsibility for the future success of their product. Therefore, choosing the right partner has been a crucial decision for them. The collaboration with Questers is set to build and grow the new technology division in Bulgaria, securing talented and committed professionals that would play a critical part in the development of Nurselo’s on-demand staffing platform.
The team in Sofia will have the opportunity to build up Nurselo’s platform from the ground working directly with the founding team. The first opening is for a Lead Engineer who would guide and manage the team and also set up and drive the platform’s architecture.
