Questers is pleased to announce its involvement in the first edition of The Panoply Future Leaders Incubator. The project aims to shake up the boardrooms of tomorrow by supporting diverse entrepreneurial talent today.
Future Leaders Incubator targets young people aged 18-25 from underrepresented groups. The aim is during a two-months period the participants to be provided with the training and resources to develop a business plan and acquire essential business and soft skills.
5 companies from 3 countries across the group are participating in the project – Questers (Bulgaria), Manifesto (UK), Bene Agere (Norway), Deeson (UK) and FutureGov (UK). Each company will welcome one young entrepreneur, providing them with a work station, 1-1 careers coach and a business mentor.
Through the pilot edition of the project, Questers is supporting Natalie Angelova, a young and talented woman from a Roma descent. She was selected among 5 other applicants from Bulgaria due to her motivation and a great business idea – a social café for employing women from Roma descent which aim is to give the young women the opportunity to work, study, gain experience and be more independent from their families.
At the end of the project, all participants shall present the business plans they have developed to real investors and will have the opportunity to get initial funding.
