Quickstart Global celebrates continued success and launches spin-out Questers Group at Soho House, London

The success of the Quickstart Global model for enabling fast growing companies to quickly access a wealth of technical talent was acknowledged today at a gathering of customers and partners at Soho House, London.

Thanking customers, and staff, Neal Gandhi, co-founder and CEO, re-iterated his belief that “Developed economies such as the UK simply do not have enough experienced and skilled people to satisfy demand - so growing tech companies need to consider more innovative ways of addressing the challenge.  Quickstart Global, and our spin-off company Questers Group, represent a considerable step-forward for any Tech Company wishing to expand”.

Questers Group, operating as an independent business, will continue to be managed by the same team that has managed the Quickstart Global Bulgarian operation for the last four years and will continue to provide the same excellent level of services to both new and existing clients.  The company will enhance its existing services by providing further access Eastern European talent pools.

Questers Group CEO, Alexander Drangajov said “This move represents a natural and exciting evolution for both new and existing clients as well as current and future staff.”  He continued “Our centre in Sofia is only 3 hours from London, and has access to high concentration of experienced IT skills and technologies, making it an ideal location for UK companies to locate expert teams.

The company will continue to have a strong relationship with the rest of the Quickstart Global family of companies with both Neal Gandhi and Kaushal Chokshi retaining significant equity stakes in Questers Group.  Neal Gandhi will continue to work with the company on a day-to-day basis as chairman.
