Quickstart Global today announced the spin-out of its Bulgarian operations into a new company, Questers Group.
Questers Group will continue to be managed by the same team that has managed the Bulgarian operation for the last four years and will continue to provide the same excellent level of services to both new and existing clients. Operating as an independent organisation, Questers Group will be able to drive forward its own agenda as an IT sector and Eastern European region focused service provider. The company plans to enhance its existing services by providing yet more innovative ways for companies to access Eastern European talent pools.
Questers Group CEO, Alexander Drangajov said “We are looking forward to moving forward in the innovative spirit set by Quickstart Global. This move is a natural and exciting evolution for both new and existing clients as well as current and future staff.” He continued “Our exclusive focus on the IT sector in Eastern Europe will enable us to grow at an even faster rate than before with new locations very much on our agenda.”
The company will continue to have a strong relationship with the rest of the Quickstart Global family of companies with both Neal Gandhi and Kaushal Chokshi retaining significant equity stakes in Questers Group. Neal Gandhi will continue to work with the company on a day-to-day basis as chairman.
Neal said “Access to high quality talent will remain a major challenge for technology centric companies and will be the single most pressing inhibitor to growth for fast growing businesses. This situation will only worsen as technology seeps even deeper into the lives of consumers and businesses. The bottom line is that developed economies such as the UK simply do not have enough experienced and skilled people to satisfy demand - so tech companies will need to consider more innovative ways of addressing the challenge. Questers Group already provides an innovative solution through its “As One” offering and will bring more innovative solutions to market in the coming months and years.”
