TahDah - a multi-tenant software as a service platform that aims to revolutionize the way people connect with employers and training providers, is undertaking a strategic expansion of its R&D team in Bulgaria and has chosen Questers to support this process.
TahDah is a scale-up company that was formed back in 2015. It develops a smart platform that connects awarding bodies, training providers, associations, employers and candidates in one online space. It provides a comprehensive training, candidates and memberships management system and a secure online application for fully verified digital CVs.
With more than 200,000 active users, 1.2m candidate records and 10,000 training providers but with a very compact engineering team, TahDah now needs to expand its capacity and further develop the functionalities of its platform. To do so, the company took a strategic decision to set up and build an R&D centre in Sofia and has trusted Questers to facilitate this growth.
The new team of TahDah will be an integral part of the current engineering division and will be engaged in the development of new products, as well as the improvement of the existing functionalities of their platform.
