Times Higher Education’s aim to further increase the capacity of the Product Design team has resulted in the strategic decision to establish a new division in Sofia. To help them in the process of setting up and growing this division, they are relying on Questers and our proven expertise in building and managing dedicated teams in Bulgaria.
