THE ROLE:
- We are looking for a great Amazon Operations EMEA Specialist with a passion for all things digital and the ambition to help us drive sales via Amazon and other eTail partners for a large Multinational company in Consumer Electronics.
- You will work closely with the senior managers in the Etail and Amazon team, and report into the Etail Channel Manager EAMEA (EMEA & Asia Pacific). You are critical to drive best-in-class executions of product launches on Amazon in Europe (UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Poland, Netherlands and Sweden).

Launch new products online at Amazon (across 8 markets)
- You coordinate online product launch plans (NPIs = New product introduction), eMerchandising and product sample planning across EMEA and across product categories. You focus on operational excellence but also recommend what needs to be done to fine-tune processes.
- Coordinate with regional Project, Etail and Amazon Category managers to build an optimized digital toolkit for every new product introduction and share the final version with the organization
- Set up new products on the Amazon platform, ensuring that products are launched on time with best-in-class content (incl. samples planning for Vine programs)
- Develop recommendations on how to improve our Amazon NPI process
- Monitor & optimize the Amazon product page content of our key products (production description, images, videos, increase conversion rate, improve content)
- Execute change requests from Amazon Category and Key Account Managers
- Communicate and collaborate with Amazon SVS and PCS in order to secure and improve execution (variations, ASINs merging, widget, bundles, etc.
- Develop a strong understanding on which interventions have the biggest impact and build best practice guidance that helps us improve our launch toolkits
OUR IDEAL TEAMMATE HAS/IS:
- 1-3 years previous relevant work experience
- Great collaboration skills, pro-activity and ownership
- Excellent time management & ability to manage multiple projects, attention to detail and strong operational discipline
- Fluent English is a must
- Microsoft Excel skills required
- Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or Business Administration
