THE ROLE:
- We are looking for a front-end engineer to join our growing product team.
- Reporting to our VP Data and Tech, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and React based frameworks, using these technologies to build beautiful, responsive user interfaces.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO SOMETHING BIG:
- Develop component-based libraries using React
- Develop and maintain client-side web applications using Next.js, GraphQL
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team-wide standards and best practices
- Create high-performance modern user interfaces using NextJS, React, and other frameworks
- Work closely with our lead developer to design GraphQL schemas to power best-in-class apps
- Optimise the payload to ensure fast load times and a great user experience
OUR IDEAL TEAMMATE HAS/IS:
- At least 3 years experience in building React-based web applications
- Experience with modern web development tools and techniques
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Proficiency in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Familiarity with version control systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience and the confidence to make the right decisions and drive the agency forward
- A strong eye for design, and ability to create high-quality user experiences
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Thirst for knowledge, smart attitude, and passion for technology
