How do you like about working at Questers?

I’ve been part of William Hill’s team at Questers for a year already and find it really thrilling as being part of an agile, friendly and collaborative team enables you to push your capabilities to the edge, hone your skills and become a better version of yourself.

How do Questers keep you motivated and engaged?

Questers motivate their employees by providing challenging professional and personal development opportunities such as projects using cutting-edge technologies and various soft-skills workshops. Team events are also quite fun.

How do you think Questers has supported your career?

My current position requires obtaining new info about the particular business domain and coping with new technologies and frameworks on a daily basis, so this helps me develop my professional skills constantly.

What are your favourite parts of your job?

Really love the chance to use my software development skills as an Automation QA, which enables me to support the team by providing a quick and accurate way to automatically check the quality of the latest version of the product each and every day.

What would you like to do in the future? / What are your future aspirations? 

My future plans involve enhancement of my mobile and web software development skills and potentially a team lead role at some point.
