2023 marks the 16th anniversary of Questers. Since 2007, we've helped more than 100 international organisations to design, create, operate and integrate dedicated tech, finance and marketing teams. With broad skill-sets across many business sectors, we enable companies to expand their development capacity and execute their growth strategies.
That's why, during this special month, we will take a moment to recap our 16-year story:
- In 2007, we launched as part of Qucikstart Global. We were among the pioneers in the world to introduce the Dedicated teams model and to create a new type of growth opportunities for international companies and local tech talent.
- In 2008, just right after setting up the first teams, we launched our Giving Programme with the aim to contribute to a positive change in society.
- In 2010, we successfully completed our first team transfer by seamlessly transitioning eCommera's team of over 100 individuals into their own entity.
- In 2012 we spun out into a separate entity. This allowed us to further enhance our services and offer quicker access to the Bulgarian IT talent market.
- Our second big Build-Operate-Transfer project was completed in 2015 when we successfully transferred the team of Javelin Group (acquired by Accenture Strategy). During the same year we setup the foundations of our prominent partnership with Ocado Technology.
- 2018 was quite an eventful year. We became part of The Panoply (now TPXimpact) – a digital transformation company supporting organisations to build a better future for people, places and the planet. We subsequently became a publicly traded company listed on the London Stock Exchange. During the same year we facilitated the transfer of Ocado Technology’s team of 50+ and started building News UK’s extended team in Bulgaria.
- We received recognitions as a Top IT Employer in Bulgaria in 2014, 2017 and 2020, while in 2017, 2018, 2021 and 2022 we were honored for our corporate social policy.
- these 16 years, we created career opportunities for more than 1,300 IT professionals and built over 100 teams for clients in the United States, United Kingdom and other European countries.
- Our client list includes many successful businesses such as News UK, Funding Circle, Dow Jones, Ocado Technology, Deutsche Boerse, Accenture Strategy and more.
Questers' 16th anniversary means a journey marked by technological advancements, strategic growth and bold ambitions. As we celebrate this milestone, we raise a glass to our accomplishments and express our gratitude to all colleagues, alumni, clients and friends who have joined us through the years.
