The Career Show contest aims to highlight and recognize the companies with the best practices in attracting, retaining and managing their human resources. The awards are divided into five categories:
- “Best Employer”
- “Engagement & Innovations”
- “Employer Branding”
- “Health & Eco Initiatives”
- “HR Services”
Each of the main categories consists of several sub-categories to better reflect the specifics of the different industries and the broad range of activities in these areas. A carefully selected jury will evaluate all of the nominees, and the winners will be announced at the Career Show Summit on November 24.
Apart from the public award for “Best Employer”, Questers is pleased to be also nominated for “Best IT Employer”, “Best Talent Acquisition Strategy”, “Best Employee Engagement Strategy” and “Best CSR Strategy”. Being listed in these categories is yet another recognition for our efforts in building a sustainable working environment with open communication and friendly and inclusive atmosphere where people can grow and develop their careers but also do good for the community and environment.
