What do you like about working at Miracl team at Questers?
Miracl is a small company innovating in a very challenging field. Working on a modern product, solving hard problems with huge potential is a big motivation for me. That’s the thing I like the most in my job. Working in a team of so many talented people is a privilege and inspires everyone to be a bit better every single day.
Working in a small company and being part of Questers at the same time is the best of both worlds! You have the excitement of building a startup while having a professional HR team behind your back.
How do Miracl and Questers keep you motivated and engaged?
Being part of team like the one in Miracl is motivation by itself. You need to grow constantly so you don’t feel like you’re letting your team down.
How do you think Miracl and Questers has supported your career?
Working in a fast paced, agile, industry leading company gives you the ability to develop yourself all the time. I'm working in Miracl for two years now but I felt useful to the company after less than two weeks on the job. The work in Miracl taught me so many things in so many aspects that could not be learned anywhere else. Let alone the development skills - I got experience in security, cryptography, project management and so many more.
What are your favourite parts of your job?
Miracl provides unique solutions for hard security problems like user authentication. It’s always exciting to work for a company trying to change the world. But what I favor the most in my current job is on one hand - the great product that we're building and on the other - the outstanding team that challenges you to constantly get better. For me neither of those are sufficient on its own but combined, they make me want to come to work in the morning.
