WeShop – a community-owned social network that combines shopping with social media, has trusted Questers to lay the foundations and grow their development team in Bulgaria.
WeShop is a referral platform that offers the functionalities of social media and allows its users to shop for products from over 560 major retailers (with more added on a weekly basis) while earning shares in the company.
The innovative social-commerce platform was launched this year, and since then, it has constantly been growing in terms of new users and partners. It has also been developing its platform, improving its performance and adding new features. As a result of this continuous growth, WeShop has encountered the need to further increase the capacity of its development team, and therefore looked for suitable approaches to do that. The Dedicated team model proposed by Questers offered the company the required flexibility and velocity and led to the strategic decision to establish a new tech division in Sofia and collaborate with the experienced local provider.
To build the WeShop team, we are currently looking for multiple tech professionals with proven experience and an eye for code quality. Among the most exciting roles are iOS, Android and Node.js Engineers as well as Test Automation and DevOps Engineers. The new team members will be engaged in the maintenance, optimisation, and development of new features of the WeShop social-commerce-based platform and will have the chance to work for an innovative company that is revolutionising the retail industry.
