Syncplicity – a leading Product company in the field of file-sharing and collaboration solutions, is partnering with Questers for the strategic expansion of its development department in Bulgaria.
Syncplicity was established in 2007 with the aim to redefine file sharing and revolutionize the way people work and collaborate. Today multiple businesses and enterprises trust the company to deliver secure solutions with exceptional performance.
At the end of 2022, with the constantly increasing demand for their services, the company has encountered the need to further scale the capacity of its development team located in Sofia. To assist the smooth growth of this team, Syncplicity needed a trusted partner with proven expertise in attracting highly-skilled tech resources. Therefore, in December, the company contracted Questers, relying on the local provider’s deep knowledge of the Bulgarian IT talent pool.
As Syncplicity already had a team of 20+ people working in Bulgaria, the first step of this new partnership was to welcome and set up this team at Questers. A month later, with the team up, we are kicking off the recruitment campaign and looking for more talented people to join it.
