Did you know the average number of women in technology is still only 14%? Being aware of this gender diversity issue Questers proudly supported for a second consecutive year a “Rails Girls” event in Sofia. Rails Girls Sofia is a regularly organized workshop aiming at opening up technology for girls and women with no experience and making it more approachable.
We would like to present the new Questers Referral Cards which we created to facilitate the referal process in the company. The idea is very simple: write your own name on the Referral Card and give it to a friend working in the IT field who you would be glad to be colleagues with.
