Communications Operations Specialist



  • We are looking for a great Communications Operations Specialist to support the Global Communications Team for a leading global company in consumer electronics
  • You will report to the Head of GCO (Global) Communications and work with the Communications Reporting and Analytics Manager in maintaining our reporting tools
  • You will help the GCO communications team drive best in class communications (with PR, Social Media and Influencers), working with our global, regional and local teams located in 60+ countries

Operational support:

  • Maintain stakeholders contact lists on a weekly basis
  • Setup and manage day-to-day the communications team shared drive and portal
  • Set up and help maintain the local newsrooms
  • Manage review samples orders
  • Manage Monthly Calls logistics with the markets, and participate in the call
  • Manage incoming questions from the market teams and agencies, set up new team members onboarding meetings
  • Organise our annual team summit and other team offsites


  • Coordinate the redaction of the Weekly Communications highlights report
  • Conduct monthly usage audits of our reporting spreadsheet and tools, Khoros and Traackr, across 60 markets
  • Provide reporting support for campaigns and product launches)
  • Hold onboarding training calls with new team members across our global agency network and provide technical support as needed

Communications support:

  • Develop content for our internal website to promote best practices on a monthly basis
  • Coordination of interview programs at big events


  • Bachelor degree in a Marketing, Communications, English & American studies, Business Administration discipline etc.
  • 0-2 relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
  • Good writing skills paired with creative asset creation i.e. video editing
  • Great collaboration skills and solution-oriented mindset
  • Customer oriented, a team player and an efficient communicator
  • Pro-activity and can-do attitude
  • Ownership, strong operational discipline and accountability for work
  • Track record of working autonomously and managing multiple projects
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • A good understanding of Communications principles and a taste to develop in the field will be a plus too
  • Languages: Fluent in English (written & spoken), any other language is a plus
