Requirements:
  • Recently graduated with about 1-2 years of experience (internships or full-time jobs in a data management position – office management, financials, hotel booking, etc.);
  • Proficient English language. A second language (preferably German or French) is a plus;
  • Bachelor degree or higher;
  • Good MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills;
  • Experience working with CMSes (WordPress, etc.) and Photoshop is a strong plus;
  • Eager and quick to learn, curious;
  • Rigorous, high attention to details;
  • Resolute, works until the job is done;
  • Efficient and at ease with technology;
  • Professional attitude (language, manners);
  • Proactive with strong analytical skills;
  • Autonomous and problem solver;
  • Comfortable with weekend on-call;
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with account and project managers, designers and team developers to shape the best possible customer onboarding experience;
  • Create app content using our CMS, based on customers‘ and project leads’ requirements;
  • Deploy apps on public app stores;
  • Deliver training and consulting sessions to customers;
  • Resolve customer and event participants issues as per internal procedures;
  • Escalate issues as per standard support routes, ensure issues resolution and follow-up;
  • Contribute to customer resources and documentation optimization.
