SKILL SET

  • Previous relevant work experience in finance administration, finance analytics or business operations
  • Excellent Google Sheets/Excel skills; familiarity with Google scripting will be considered strong advantage
  • Excellent time management & ability to manage multiple projects
  • Attention to detail and strong operational discipline
  • Great collaboration skills, pro-activity and ownership
  • Fluent English
  • Degree in Finance or Business Administration

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

You will dedicatedly support the distribution team with:

  • Budgeting - prepare calculation for budget calculation of quarterly distribution programs
  • Offers Administration - support distribution team with different aspects of the administration of offers (such as aging, distribution events, price protection etc.) in the internal CRM
  • Net Sales Calculation - prepare quarterly Net Sales calculation based on AR reports
  • Claims validation - validate payouts of distribution offers
  • Direct Customer Returns - supporting documentation for contractual requirements
  • Parallel Trade - maintain and monitor parallel cases database
  • Aging - maintain and document aging activities performed by distribution team
  • Distribution dashboards - maintain up to date distribution dashboards, including key KPI per distributor, market shares etc
  • Price List Adjustments (PLAs) & Price List - communicate and maintain repository of PLAs, Price lists and authorised dealers’ files
  • Direct Partners Contact - maintain up to date distribution contacts database
  • Business Analysis - provide on request business analyses to distribution team
