THE ROLE:

• Serve as a resource for functional and technical NetSuite support, collecting and standardising financial and non-financial data from the Group
• •Assist in configuration enhancements on NetSuite platform per business requirements, stay up to date with NetSuite releases and review new useful features and functionalities
• Troubleshoot system issues
• Develop and maintain administrator documentation for NetSuite processes
• Assist with data migration for new acquisitions, CSV imports, mass updates, data cleanup
• Understand the accounting and financial processes of the company and help with maintaining and improving financial data quality and reports
• Provide training to end users
• Analyze current business processes and procedures, identify inefficiencies and suggest system-based solutions and improvements.
• Ad-hoc projects related to support the finance functions

• Previous relevant experience in Finance and Accounting, ideally in an international environment
• Experience with an ERP system
• Good Excel skills
• Proactive attitude to work and problem solving
• High attention to small details
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders
