THE ROLE:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Retail Operations Specialist for the team of a leading international consumer electronics company. The Retail Operations Specialist for Emerging Markets will be responsible for daily operational support of the Retail channel in Go-To-Market (GTM) organization in the Emerging Markets (EM) Region. The person will be responsible for daily support of Retail excellence tools, analysis of commercial parameters (Sell-out, DCS, Inventory, etc.) and provide visibility of key metrics at Cluster, Country, TOP account level to strive for regional objectives achievement.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO SOMETHING BIG:
- Retail Operation Visibility - provide Countries with regular key metrics visibility thru reports and Dashboards (Display share, attachment coverage, strategic program execution)
- Retail Loyalty Program - support content and analytical part for loyalty program application (Yoobic Loyalty App) in EM region.
- Retail Excellence - daily support regions in work with Field Force/Merchandising software (analysis, database update, check-list creation, onboarding new countries, reports format etc)
- Field Force Efficiency - provide regular follow up on merchandisers activities in the fields, KPI results, and benchmark on best operational models
- Business Analysis - provide on request business analyses to Retail team (Sell-in/out dynamic, NPI dynamic) coordinate integration of multiple database into the Dashboards (sell-out targets, actuals, shelf share dynamic, POSM efficiency)
- Communication - be a partner for Countries and provide instrumental support on regional retail excellence tools
OUR IDEAL TEAMMATE HAS/IS:
- Previous relevant work experience in Retail management (field force, CRM)
- Excellent Google Sheets/Excel skills
- Excellent time management & ability to manage multiple projects
- Attention to detail and strong operational discipline
- Great collaboration skills, pro-activity, and ownership
- Fluent English
- Strong Advantage: Familiarity with database management/integration and Tableau
- Be passionate to change status-quo to improve the channel operation level
- Interested in Marketing, Retail, and Business management
- Degree in Finance or Business Administration is an advantage
- Strong Advantage: Familiarity with Google scripting will be considered a strong advantage
