Senior Marketing Communication Reporting & Analytics Specialist

THE ROLE:

  • You will be part of the nimble and evolving Global Communications team of a leading Multinational company in Consumer Electronics. Your role will be to lead our reporting and analytics efforts in various geographical regions working hand in hand with country teams and Communications agencies to capture reporting and to consolidate analysis for our global social media, influencer and PR efforts. You will work across multiple markets and brands
  • You will partner with our Head of Global Communications Analytics to ensure we leverage the right tools and to properly configure them. You'll also be charged to ensure our current reporting tools (Khoros, Traackr, Brandwatch, Onclusive and Tableau) are properly implemented by our local teams
  • You will partner with our communications and marketing teams to compile the data, generate insights and turn them into actionable recommendations

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO SOMETHING BIG:

  • Help grow our PR, Social Media and Influencers activities impact through analytics & insights
  • Configure and streamline our robust suite of communications management tools so they are easily actionable in all markets
  • Structure, implement, train and maintain our reporting capabilities in the markets (local teams or agencies)
  • Provide audits of key competitors SOV and set up social listening in key markets
  • Capture meaningful data and generate insights at all stages of the consumer journey, from awareness, to consideration to conversion
  • Collaborate closely with multi-functional teams across the globe

OUR IDEAL TEAMMATE HAS/IS:

  • Previous experience analyzing social media, influencer relations and PR and understanding of the key communications & marketing metrics is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of reporting and analytics tools (Excel and Tableau preferred)
  • Knowledge of Boolean syntax and research
  • If possible past experience working with communications monitoring tools (Khoros, Traackr, Brandwatch and Onclusive preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and curiosity to find insights in data, process oriented, problem solving mind
  • Languages: Fluent English. Other major European languages would be a plus
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration or equivalent 3+ years of experience
  • Great collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to see the big picture
  • Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Pro-activity and ownership
