Support Consultant

THE ROLE:

The support consultant will be responsible for organizing, conducting and continuously improving the post-delivery status of the RPA projects.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO SOMETHING BIG:

  • Manage the communication channels used by clients to raise issues
  • Obtain full issue documentation, as well as collection of logs, screenshots etc. Conduct complete analysis of the issues and assign preliminary priority
  • Resolve known issues or work with the development teams to provide a solution on new ones
  • Pro-actively identify and propose changes to future development and processes
  • Document issues and prepare solutions for support teams and selfservice instructions for clients

OUR IDEAL TEAMMATE HAS/IS:

  • Advanced English and excellent communication skills
  • Strong technical background and general technical skills ( e.g. SQL, Regex, scripting, understanding of procedures and algorithms)
  • Experience with enterprise software support – especially attention to detail and care when working with client environments and date
  • Interest to quickly learn to use automation software solutions Skills in
  • with enterprise and institutional client representatives
  • Ability to quickly analyze, and if needed escalate complex technical issues
